It's not easy to have a Bride who has a clear vision of her wedding, from the color palette to the overall style of the event. It's even more difficult to be on the same page for the design of arrangements and the flower selection, as well as for the kind of decorations or the layout of stationery. Working with Laura was a real pleasure for Pietro Siffi: everything was discussed in the smallest details and she always demonstrated to let the designer free to create a unique décor, entrusting his creativity and his experience.

Laura and Stuart were not hiring a planner: they preferred to personally follow the organization of their wedding, relying on Pietro for all aspects relating to the decoration and preparation of the ceremony and the banquet. Our company has offered constant professional support, providing advice for the choice of vendors and giving highly qualified advice from the early stages of the preparation of the event. We started with a telephone consultation, in which we had the opportunity to know the taste and the requests of the bride. Laura explained to us what her vision was, while leaving our partner Fabio Zardi free to make proposals and small changes. 

Once we have gathered all the details about the wedding, Pietro has prepared an itemized quote that has been approved by the bride. After that, Fabio conceived the detailed design of the decoration, complete with a detailed description of the bouquets and all the floral arrangements, accompanied by diagrams with the setting of the tables for the reception. In this way, Laura was able to understand the distribution of decorations for the ceremony and the banquet, choose the fabric and the color of  tablecloths, as well as the model of candelabra, tea light holders the lanterns.

The bride's and bridesmaids' bouquets were of a classical, round shape, made of white hydrangeas, David Austin ™ Patience roses and tros roses. We also elegant control panels made for the groom and groomsmen, along with graceful wrist corsages for the mothers of the bride and groom.

For the ceremony, Fabio has designed a sumptuous festoon for the gazebo, accompanied by two rich floral arrangements to keep the curtains open and a registrar table centerpiece. These floral arrangements were made of hydrangeas, David Austin ™ Patience roses, rose tros, Avalanche roses, eustoma, pittosporum and white grapes. And it was the grapes that gave the decoration a special touch, which was much appreciated by the bride and guests. Small golden tea light holders and gold lanterns of different models completed the ceremony setting, along with elegant aisle markers in the same selection of flowers as other floral arrangements. At the entrance to the venue we placed a gold-leaf frame with a welcome sign, made with a bespoke layout.

To emphasize the decoration, we also suggested using two centerpieces on the sides of the gazebo, placing them on white wooden pedestals: a clever way to use the flower arrangements for both the ceremony and the banquet.

The wedding table and guest tables were decorated with golden chandeliers alternating with floral arrangements and gilded tea light holders. Tall reception centerpieces were made of golden candelabra with rich spherical floral arrangements on the top and large flower wreaths underneath. Also in this case our floral designer chose the same selection of flowers from the ceremony, characterized by the combination of hydrangeas, roses and grapes.

The table numbers, made with a personalized layout such as the seating chart, the menus and the placeholders, had a precious golden frame. Elegant tablecloths in tobacco-colored satin accompanied perfectly with the rest of the decor.


Two small details: along the aisle, together with the aisle markers, the bride asked to have oval frames in gold leaf with photos of Laura and Stuart when they were young.
